CCC Butchers Meat Deliveries
Deliveries
We currently have one delivery day each week:
- Every Thursday – Cut off for orders is midnight Tuesday (no orders will be accepted after this time for the Thursday delivery, orders after this time will be delivered on the next Thursday)
Once you have completed your transaction you will be sent an ‘order confirmation’ via email that will confirm your order has been received and the delivery date for your order.
On the Delivery Day
- On the morning of your delivery day you will receive a text message to advise of your order’s delivery window. If there are any changes to your delivery window then we will advise via text.
- Once your order has been completed you will receive a delivery confirmation text.
- Our delivery drivers will also attempt to contact you at your residence, they will knock or ring the doorbell/intercom when making the delivery.
- Our delivery service will provide an ETA (delivery window) of your delivery and will leave your order in your absence (if there is a safe space to do so). All deliveries will be left unattended (subject to any reasonable directions from you with your order).
Important Delivery Information
You must live in our delivery area to order. If an order is processed with a delivery address outside of our delivery area, we will need to cancel the order and refund the payment.
We do not accept specific delivery time requests. We will not issue refunds if orders are delivered outside of requested delivery time frame.
Please provide detailed delivery instructions in the field at checkout (e.g. on the front porch or foyer apartment access code). If your nominated delivery address is an apartment, unit or other secured building you must provide the code, instructions or such other means to ensure delivery can be left safely.
We are proud of the product we sell and orders are delivered in clean temperature controlled vehicles. Orders are packed in a cardboard box with a Thermal Carton Liner with Chill Gel Pack(s). We do our best to protect your order, however the safety of the product becomes your responsibility on delivery.
We manually update our online store inventory and best efforts are made to maintain accurate stock levels, however there may be times when something is unavailable. If something you have ordered is unavailable, you will receive a phone call to discuss how you would like to proceed – substitute item or exclude with refund.
If the product you are after isn’t in the online store, please contact us and we’ll do our best to add it to your order.
If your order includes both meat plus dry goods (Rubs, sauces & glazes, accessories etc), your completed order will be delivered via CCC Butchers courier service.
Please take care when specifying your delivery address as refunds cannot be given if you enter an address incorrectly and your order is delivered to the address specified.
Initially our Char Char Char Butchers home delivery service will be restricted to suburbs within a 20km radius of our store in Parkdale. We home deliver to the following post codes: 3004, 3051, 3103, 3121, 3122, 3123, 3124, 3125, 3126, 3127, 3128, 3130, 3131, 3133, 3141, 3142, 3143, 3144, 3145, 3146, 3147, 3148, 3149, 3150, 3151, 3152, 3156, 3161, 3162, 3163, 3164, 3165, 3166, 3167, 3168, 3169, 3170, 3171, 3172, 3173, 3174, 3175, 3177, 3178, 3179, 3180, 3181, 3182, 3183, 3184, 3185, 3186, 3187, 3188, 3189, 3190, 3191, 3192, 3193, 3194, 3195,3196, 3197, 3198, 3199, 3200, 3201, 3202, 3204, 3206, 3800, 3802, 3803, 3804, 3805, 3910, 3975, 3976, 3977, 8008, 8015, 8627, 8873.
We do not provide a Click & Collect service for our meat products at this point in time.
All Other Deliveries (that do not include meat)
Turn left @ Albuquerque delivers to many postcodes across Australia from our warehouse in Melbourne Victoria (please considered this when calculating how long until your order arrives). We do not ship internationally.
Australia Post is our chosen carrier, so your orders will arrive as part of your usual postal service (and time frames for each state). Australia Post standard terms and conditions apply. We require a street address specified by you for delivery – unfortunately we cannot deliver to a P.O. Box. Once your order transaction has been confirmed you will receive a tracking confirmation link which you can use to track the order.
During the checkout process, we’ll present you with a choice of either Parcel Post (2-5 business days delivery) or Express Post (2-3 business days delivery) along with their corresponding delivery costs based on the items in your cart and your desired delivery location. Each week we will be dispatching orders received before midday on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
To determine if we can deliver to your area you can enter your postcode into the shopping cart and receive a quote of the shipping charges. If your order exceeds 20kg we will ask that you contact our team and we will provide a specific delivery quote for your order.
In some instances, depending on the postcode and product, you may need to send a ‘Make an Enquiry’ request through to receive a custom quote. We do have a number of items that are large and very heavy (like BBQ’s and some BBQ Accessories) so we may need to liaise with you to discuss product and delivery options and determine a final quote.
Dangerous Goods:
We are unable to deliver dangerous goods (such as aerosol cans, gas bottles or canisters, paint etc). BBQ Fuel products can only be purchased online using our Click & Collect option to pick-up your order from TL@A (246 Boundary Road, Braeside VIC 3195). Our same day Click & Collect cut-off time for orders is 9am that same day, orders received after this time will fall into the next day’s Click & Collect schedule. Pick up (Click and Collect orders), you must provide photo identification (Drivers licence, passport etc) upon collection of your order. If you are sending someone else to collect your order this should be pre-arranged. Upon collection, they must show your photo identification and their own photo identification before your order is released. Goods will NOT be released until sufficient photo identification has been shown.
